The problem is the people that work there especially the supervisors and managers.
I am only speaking from my experience in the food and beverage department as a cocktail server. I have received three job offers this month since leaving from people I met at the casino who knew I left. I cared about the people that come to the casino, knew almost everyone, and had great relationships with so many guests that I will stay in contact with for life. I was an employee fully committed to excellent guest service. The guests and the job itself are awesome. It's very unfortunate that they allow supervisors and management to treat staff the way that they do.
